Paralia Peraias is a sandy beach on Thessaloniki, facing north-west. Land shelters it from winds from the south-east and the south, so those winds leave the water flat here. A road leads to the beach and there is parking nearby. Within 300 m there are 20 tavernas and restaurants, 14 bars and cafés, and toilets or showers. The sea is warmest in August, at about 27 °C. It is above 22 °C from June to September.
