Information only, not safety advice
The scores, wind information and travel times are automatically generated estimates from public data and a simplified model. They are not a guarantee of sea conditions or safety. Conditions can change within minutes. Always follow lifeguard flags, local authority warnings and your own judgement. You swim, drive and take part in water sports at your own risk.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that beach positions, names and attributes are complete or correct. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service, including decisions you take about where to swim, drive or practise water sports.
Acceptable use
Please do not scrape the site at a rate that harms it, attempt to disrupt it, or misuse its data. Automated access to the generated data files should be reasonable and identify itself.

Business listings
Businesses near a beach are listed on its page. Some listings come from OpenStreetMap and have not been checked by us; opening hours and details may be out of date. A business listed here is not recommended or endorsed by us unless a listing says so, and a listing marked "Featured" is a paid placement. We are not a party to anything between you and a business and are not responsible for what it offers or charges. Businesses that want to be listed agree to the rules on the page "List your business" and can ask for their listing to be corrected or removed at any time.
Affiliate links and advertising
Some links on this site (for example "Plan your trip": car rental, places to stay, tours, ferries) lead to partners and are affiliate links. If you book through one, the partner may pay us a commission; the price you pay is the same. These links are labelled and never change how we rank beaches. Businesses can also pay for a "Featured" place in a listing, which is labelled too. The offers, prices and conditions are the partner's: the contract is between you and the partner, and we are not responsible for it.
Third-party links
We link to other services (for example map apps). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
