About Kini beach
Kini beach is a sandy beach on Syros, facing north-west. It lies in a closed bay, sheltered from almost every wind. It looks west over open sea, so the sun sets into the water. A road leads to the beach and there is parking nearby. Within 300 m there are 8 tavernas and restaurants, 6 bars and cafés, and toilets or showers. The sea is warmest in August, at about 24 °C. It is above 22 °C from July to September.
