Mikres Aretes is a sandy beach on Halkidiki, facing south-west. Land shelters it from winds from the north, the north-east, the east, and the south-east, so those winds leave the water flat here. Winds from the south-west arrive over open sea and raise waves when they are strong. A dirt track leads to the beach. Within 300 m there are 1 bar or café. It is known as a naturist beach.
